Alice Galley

Graduate Student Researcher (GSR)

Alice Galley is a Master of Public Policy student at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy (GSPP). She comes to GSPP from the Urban Institute’s Justice and Safety Division, where her primary work focused on improving prison conditions for incarcerated people and corrections staff through a five state consortium, the Prison Research and Innovation Network, using participatory research methods. Before Urban, Alice worked for the Washtenaw County (Michigan) Office of the Public Defender. Alice holds a B.A. in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience with a minor in Crime and Justice from the University of Michigan.
