Bella Lalanne is a first-year Master of Public Policy student at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy. She is interested in the technology and education policy areas, with a particular passion for addressing income inequality.

Prior to attending the Goldman School, Bella worked for a non-profit policy consulting firm as a quantitative researcher, gaining experience in education program evaluations.

Bella is from Merced, California, and holds a B.S. in Political Science and Data Analytics from the University of California, San Diego. In her free time, she enjoys making handmade wire wrapped jewelry and taking her dog on a walk.
