Kate Sadowsky brings a unique blend of deep listening and community building expertise to her role as Director of Community Outreach.

Her unconventional career path as a “Professional Figure-It-Out-er,”often working in collective spaces of loss and change, has equipped her with invaluable skills in fostering meaningful connections and navigating sensitive conversations. With experience spanning healthcare education, end-of-life care, wellness programming, direct service and digital community building, Kate specializes in transforming complex topics into engaging narratives that inspire action. Her background includes copywriting and branding, SEO, managing volunteer programs, facilitating support groups, adult education, and health coaching.

Whether developing virtual wellness communities, bringing groups together for collective problem-solving, or leading meditation groups, she excels at building environments where people feel heard and valued. Her formal education includes degrees from Berklee College of Music, a Masters in Holistic Health Education, and clinical training in Ayurveda, though her most valuable lessons come from years of connecting with people from all stages of life.
